Detailomschrijving: The 3M™ Kapton Polyimide Film Type 5413 is a high-temperature resistant tape specifically developed for protecting contact surfaces on circuit boards during the wave soldering process. It is made from a translucent Kapton® polyimide film and is coated with a silicone adhesive, which covers a wide temperature range from -73ºC to 260ºC. This makes it ideal for applications requiring high thermal stability.
